How Four Years of Learning in the Classroom Turned into Leadership Skills that will Last a Lifetime
4 years at Hobart and William Smith Colleges. 209 weeks in the Finger Lakes region, 1,460 days spent in Geneva, New York. In all that time, I never realized how often I was a leader.
I was a leader in the classroom. I was a leader in my extracurriculars. I was a leader amongst my friends. I was a leader every day, and I didn't even realize.
Starting in my sophomore year, I begin studying leadership and honing my skills.

I joined the HWS Leadership Program in the Fall 2017 semester, and in May 2020, I will be graduating from HWS with a Certificate of Leadership.

Without the HWS Leads program, I would not have been able to succeed at HWS, nor would I have had the internship opportunities I did!
